"Vigilant Guard 08" is a Tennessee National Guard-hosted exercise designed to test the National Guard as the first military responder in support of the governor and the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency, in the event of a catastrophic emergency within the state. The exercise will be in response to a simulated 7.6 Richter magnitude scale earthquake along the New Madrid fault line near Memphis.

TN WING IMU Server - Use VIRTUAL mode in IMU and enter "delrosehouse.dyndns.org" as the server name.
TN WING IMU Server FTP - Use this link to obtain a copy of the mission database. The username and password are the same as for the members area of this site.
Downloading the IMU application:
Navigate to wmu.nat.cap.gov and select IMU. If you get a message about the site certificate choose: "Continue to this website (not recommended)".
Follow the instructions above to log in or create a password for WMU.
Download the application by clicking on the link immediately below the "Register as IMU user" button. Registration is not required to download and install the application.
Registration is required to download a wing database. If you have one of the listed qualifications then you can register and obtain a database for yourself. A database will be provided at mission sites.
An out of date database is available for testing and training. Please take care to not upload data to WIMRS or WMU. This database is not updated and should not be used to run an actual mission. Send a request to it@tnwg.cap.gov for the Database.
Updating WMU info:
One item of information that is included in the IMU database but not the NHQ database is "Next of Kin" and Form 60 information.
To enter your information navigate to wmu.nat.cap.gov and select WMU.
If you get a message about the site certificate choose: "Continue to this website (not recommended)".Select the "Member" button (top left)
Login to WMU as described above.
The "Phones and Gen Info" button displays the information in the NHQ database. Please review this and update it as necessary. Information entered here will be updated in the NHQ database overnight.
The "Emergency Contact Info" button allows you to enter Next of Kin info (top) and Form 60 info (bottom). There is also a button that allows the printing of a Form 60 from the entered data. Please enter at least the Next of Kin info as this will significantly speed up mission sign-in.
FRO pin:
Flight release officers will need to create a WMU FRO PIN in order to complete the flight release process in IMU.
To create a PIN navigate to wmu.nat.cap.gov and select WMU. Select the FRO button and follow the instructions above to log in.
Select the "FRO pin #" button (Bottom center column).
Enter your desired PIN number.
